Stay with the default Font, either "Default Sans Serif" or "Default Multilingual". Stay with the default Font size (10 pitch). Keep the text black.
Make the title large (20 pitch), Bold, and change the color. Use the same color for all Forms in the application. Do not use underlining for anything that is not a link. Always use underlining when clicking on the text will do something, such as pop-up help. You can also make links blue.
